Package A
basic
Package A gives you the opportunity to present your company on an exhibition space of 4 m². The participation fee for one booth supervisor is included in the package price.
Package B
limited
We offer package B to a limited number of companies. As an official partner your company logo will be displayed in the conference booklet, the programmme flyer, the conference information and on the offical homepage. During the event breaks, all logos of the "Package B" exhibitors will be shown in an animation. In addition, your company will be listed with the corresponding company data, contacts and company logo in the exhibitor list. In the conference booklet we also print your individual advertising page (DIN A5). An 8 m² exhibition space as well as conference participation for one booth supervisor are included in the package price. Company participants receive a discount of 20 % on additional attendance tickets.
Package C
exclusive
With the exclusive exhibitor package C, which is reserved for one company, you will be highlighted at the Aachen Body Engineering Days. Your company logo will be shown in the conference booklet, the programme flyer, the conference information an on the official homepage. The regularly repeated animation during the breaks includes your individualised advertising slide. In addition, your company will be listed with the corresponding company data, contacts and company logo in the exhibitor litst. In the conference booklet we also print your individual advertising page (DIN A5). One 12 m² exhibition space as well as conference participation for two booth supervisors are included in the package price. Company participants receive a discount of 30 % on additional attendance tickets. All conference participants will receive a conference badge with a lanyard bearing your logo. With package C, your company is also visible at the evening event with a roll-up.
